Not to be repeated in modern times
A article recently appeared in the Hawke’s Bay Today, documenting the fascinating career of John Stace, 3R shareholder and deputy chair.
According to John, he doubts his career could be repeated in modern times, saying he was at the end of the generation where luckily being in the right place at the right time made all things possible.
It certainly makes for an interesting read.
